We respect your privacy.  So in the end if you have any problems, concerns, or questions about what data we are collecting or how we are using that data simply talk to us.  You can go to the Contact Us page or simply email and we will get back to you ASAP.

What data is being collected

Our website hosting company and their technology issues browser cookies and some basic tracking services.  You can control this at any time by simply modifying your browser settings to delete cookies or block them all together.

If you join the club by signing up or registering then we will collect the information you provide us including, but not limited to, your name and email.  You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing or by filling out our Contact Us form or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of our email newsletters.

If you buy something through our online store we will collect your billing and shipping address and your payment information that you provide us.  We use widely adopted technology providers for our online store so they will also have some form of the data you provide us.

If you choose to post a member profile on our member directory page you will be sharing your information with our community vendor (currently Community Box). Here is their privacy policy:

1. What data we store on your device

We do not store any data on your device.

2. What we track

We monitor activity in, and uploads to, Boxes. This is both to ensure there are no violations of the Terms and Conditions, or in order to comply with requests from law enforcement or other authorised government agencies.

3. What data we store

We store any data that is necessary for the display and processing of a Box (e.g., the box contents themselves, and any settings or customisations that have been made to the Boxes). We also store your contact details so that we can get in touch with you for purposes in connection with the business. We also store usage metrics in order for our internal teams to improve the Community Box experience.

4. What data we share

We are committed to your privacy and we do not share data with any 3rd parties, except in the case of requests from law enforcement and other authorised government agencies.

5. How we process your data

Your data is stored and processed in the form of reports, and real-time monitoring and metrics. These are used internally within our company to allow us to improve our services so we can improve the Community Box user experience.

6. How you can obtain and erase the data we store about you

If you wish to obtain copies of any data we store about you, or for us to erase that data (note that this would imply terminating your account with us), then you can email with the subject line "GDPR request" and we will follow up with you to ascertain what action is required. Additionally you should email with the subject line “GDPR request” so that we can complete our request properly.

How is that data being used

We only use the data we have about you to more effectively communicate with you and support you as a member of the club or user of our services.

We do not sell your data.

If at any time you want us to stop using the data we have on you simply ask us and we will stop.  That might mean we can no longer communicate with you, but in the end it is your choice and we respect your privacy.
