Club Member Post: Original owner 2020 M2 CS (F87), one of only 589 US-spec cars, of which only 11 were ordered in Hockenheim Silver Metallic, with manual transmission, Gold 763M wheels, and M Carbon Ceramic brakes ($8,500 option). It was also optioned with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The vehicle has no stories, only 2,336 miles (never tracked/autocrossed), and zero mechanical modifications. Prior to being driven on public roads, two of the best teams in the US completed an extensive pre-PPF detail and custom full-body PPF install (no pre-cut pieces) at a total cost of nearly $10,000, that included dealer R&R of side gills, door handles and rear taillights, to ensure very tight tolerances/limited seams. It also has one of the clearest carbon fiber weave roofs (there were some anomalies in earlier production vehicles). It has over $4,000 in OEM carbon fiber parts and Fall-Line Motorsports quick-release fire suppression seat-mount bracket and bottle, and BlendMount V1-Gen 2 mount and MirrorTap (all parts installed at the dealership). OEM rear trunk liner and BMW M Performance floor mats (front and rear) included. The last service was completed in July 2024, when the engine oil was changed and new spark plugs installed proactively, since the car was covered under optional service plan.
